Melinda Jennings

Melinda is a copywriter for content agency Avion Communications. She has over 7 years' experience working across a broad spectrum of clients, industries, and media types. During the last couple of years, Melinda has shifted her focus towards conversational design, creating engaging content for a number of large-scale chatbot, AI, and voice technology projects. She's also a regular lecturer on conversational design at Academy Xi, and has both presented and been a panellist on the topic for several organisations, including Monash University and The Churchill Club.

Mark Chatterton
